Jobs Details:  Institute Of Human Behavior And Allied Sciences (IHBAS) Invited Application for filling up the  Post of Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer,Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, Assistant,Senior Stenographer and Computer Assistant in Rajasthan,India Interested and Eligible Candidate should Apply through prescribed application form before last date 25-04-2014. All Information about Position educational  qualifications, age limit, selection and application process are given below.

1. Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer

• Qualifications: Officer holding posts in analogous scale and working in Govt. Of NCT Delhi, Govt. Of India or other govt. Institutions.Or Five years service in grade of Rs. 12000-16500 (Pre-revised) Or Eight years service in the grade of Rs.10,000-15200(Pre-revised).
• No of Post: 01 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/- Plus Grade Pay  Rs.8700/-Per Month.

2. Administrative Officer

• Qualifications: The officers holding analogous post on regular basis or rendered at least 7 years of regular service in the Pay Band:2 Rs. 9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-( pre-revised Rs. 6500-10500/-) in Central/State Govt./Govt. of NCT of Delhi, preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• No of Post: 01 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- Plus Grade Pay  Rs.6600/-Per Month.

3. Assistant Administrative Officer

• Qualifications: From the officer/official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 7 years of regular service in the Pay Band:2 Rs. 9300-34800 +Grade pay Rs. 4200/( pre-revised Rs.5500-9000 in Central/State/Govt. of NCT of Delhi preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• No of Post: 02 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-Plus Grade Pay  Rs.4600/-Per Month.

4. Assistant

• Qualifications: From the official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 8years regular service in the Pay Band: 1 Rs. 5200-20200 + Grad e Pay Rs. 2400/- in Central/State/Govt. of NCT of Delhi, preferably from Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• No of Post: 09 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-Plus Grade Pay  Rs.4200/-Per Month.

5. Senior Stenographer

• Qualifications: Deputation from official holding analogous post on regular basis or 8 years regular service in the Pay Band: 1, 5200-20200+GP2400 in Central/State Govt./Govt. of NCT of Delhi , preferably Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• No of Post: 01 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-Plus Grade Pay  Rs.4200/-Per Month.

6. Computer Assistant

• Qualifications: From the official holding analogous post on regular basis or having 6 years regular service in pay Band: 1 Rs. 5200-20200+Grade pay Rs.2400/- in Central/State/Govt. of NCT of Delhi, preferably from Govt. of NCT of Delhi .
• No of Post: 01 Post.
• Age Limit:  As per Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
• Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800/-Plus Grade Pay  Rs.4200/-Per Month.

Application Fee: A Demand Draft/Pay order may be forwarded along with the applications forms for Rs. 1000/- for Finance Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer and Administrative Officer Rs. 500/- for All other posts drawn in favor of Director, IHBAS, Delhi. The fee is non refundable. No fee is to be paid SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PH candidates.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done on the basis of candidates’ performance in the written Test and Personal Interview.
